Christy joined our Baird team in March 2021. Her business career started in 2016. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Christy serves as a Client Assistant and has proven herself to be a valuable member of our team. Her positive attitude, experience, and willingness to learn are a significant contribution to our team. In 2025 and 2026, the Shelton Group was named as a Forbes Top Best-in-State Wealth Management Team.
Christy is married to Chad, and they have a daughter, Reagan. Most of their free time is spent at fairs watching her daughter show goats. She and her family are huge Green Bay Packer fans, so much so that they named their dog “Packer”.
