We welcomed IndiAnn into our Baird family in January 2022 after graduating from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville as a marketing major. Immediately following her undergrad, she obtained her master’s in Business Administration at the University of Tennessee, Martin.
IndiAnn’s willingness to learn and adapt, has allowed her to transition quickly into a pivotal team member, and her positive outlook has harmonized with our client-focused, team-oriented, process. Moving forward she will oversee the marketing and educational efforts of our team. In 2025 and 2026, her team was recognized as a Forbes Best-in-State Top Wealth Management Team. IndiAnn and her husband, Drake, love to spend their free time at the lake with their family and friends and being involved at their church, First Baptist Dyersburg. We are excited about her future!
